Where do I get my Merchant Statements?
MERCHANT STATEMENTS
(Generated monthly) NO paper statements are mailed to you.
You will receive an email with instructions for you to setup your User name and password with CardPointe. Click on that link in the email. The email is sent to the email address which was provided to us on the merchant application paperwork. If that is NOT you, then you will need to speak to the person in your company whom did provide their address and have them “add” you as a user once they do enroll in CardPointe. If you need assistance, call our offices at 1-800-313-5198.

Once you register you can get your monthly merchant statements and transaction data for free online.
- Your MID is your merchant number listed in this email above.
- Your TAX number is your Federal Tax ID number as you indicated on your merchant application.
- Your Zip Code is what you put on your merchant application as your physical address zip code.
- Click Submit to confirm
Please log into CardPointe and under your “My Account” you will click on “learn how to get compliant” for the PCI Compliance info listed below.

Where do I go to complete the PCI Compliancy Questionnaire?
THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP THAT YOU MUST DO or you will be charged $29.95 per month until you successfully complete it.
Once your merchant account comes live, within 60 days from the date your merchant account came live, you will need to successfully complete the PCI Compliancy Questionnaire.
