Account Reactivation Procedure

Crops are ready to be harvested and taken to market. Now it is time to turn your wireless SNAP/credit/debit terminal back on.

Seasonal Account Reactivation Procedure:

Please note that you MUST contact us 2 to 3 weeks PRIOR to your first market date (or the day you want to use the machine).

Once your account has been reactivated:

  1. We will contact you to do a PARMS update on your device and test the functionality of your device to make sure you are ready BEFORE the first date you have indicated to us.
  2. IF you do not hear from us CALL our offices at 1-800-313-5198 to check the status of your account reactivation request. It is YOUR responsibility to notify us if you have not been contacted before your first market date.
