Please have your Merchant Identification number ready before calling. This number is located on the upper right hand corner of your merchant statements. You also be required to have your phone number on file for your merchant account and will be asked to verify the business name on the account (from the automated selection on the phone).
If you do not have the above information it will be difficult to get through the automated process to speak to a technical support representative.
What you need to know about Clover Help desk:
There are two levels of support. The first level will assess your issues and determine if the problem needs to be escalated to a higher tier of support. If so they will transfer you to that assistance or indicate that the Level 2 help desk will need to return your call within a period
of “hours”.
Please note, you should expect some time to be spent for trouble shooting your Clover device. Technical support may log into your device with your permission.
