You have been busy this season. Now the markets are over, and you have no use for your terminal during the winter months, it is now time to seasonally close your Merchant account and temporarily deactivate your wireless terminal. How do you do that?
Account Deactivation Procedure
Seasonal Account Deactivation Procedure:
Once the device has been disabled, please do the following:
- Remove the battery from the terminal and store with the terminal in a cool dry place together until next season. (This will help to preserve the life of your battery.)
- Make sure to LEAVE your banking account open until the final monthly processing related fees are debited at the end of the calendar month.
If you are renting any equipment, you will receive email instructions on returning it to our office once deactivated.
